We compare the profile of the vacant position based on your description with profiles of employees compiled by LCC during a thorough profiling process. This guarantees quick and satisfying results. Of course, our service is free of charge for employers. The Bundesagentur für Arbeit provides a so-called "Vermittlungsgutschein" for unemployed people, our service is payed for by the Bundesagentur. We also inform you about ways provided by German legislation to benefit from subsidies if you employ a formerly long-term unemployed person. Please contact us, we enjoy being able to help.

For employees:

Life Cycle consult offers individual service and helps you to cope with your problems. Our main activity is directed at finding employment for you, but we also offer counselling. - Monthly reports for Amt für Soziale Arbeit
